The survey for Happiness was conducted in 23 States of India and Rajasthan ranked at 17. The top slots were claimed by Kerala, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh and Goa. The states which trailed were Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhan, UP. Though UP is in trailing states the city Lucknow is in top 3 happiest cities of India.
